Below I’ve shared my before & after picture from 6 weeks of Beachbody. SIX WEEKS! I get my hair done less often than that. Oh, and the workouts? They were 20 mins long. Yep. You read that right. 20 minutes workouts, 6 days a week for 6 weeks. I lost pounds, inches, and insecurity. I’m now 2 weeks in to my next program and am so excited to share my before & after pictures again. UPDATE!!

I finished another Beachbody program! After Transform 20 (the program I talked about right up there ^) I jumped straight into ’80 Day Obsession’.

80 days seemed like a long time but those 80 days were going to pass whether I was working out or not so I decided to make the best of them.
